The service you are using

These terms apply to Baile Charme AI at bailecharmeai.com. By using it, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. Questions: [email protected].

You upload one photo of one person and choose a length. The service creates a 10- or 15-second AI video of that person dancing charme at an AI-generated Rio night street party, in vertical 9:16 at 720p, with AI-generated sound. No real footage of any party, dancer or crowd is used.

Baile Charme AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, CapCut, the creators of the original trend videos or the Seu Zé de Madureira character, or any baile charme organiser, including the Baile Charme do Viaduto de Madureira. A trend reference does not imply any affiliation.

Your account and photo permissions

You can prepare a video before signing in. Starting a paid video requires an account and any verification the service shows. Keep your account details accurate, protect your login and tell us about unauthorized use. You must have the legal capacity to use the service and make purchases, with a parent or guardian involved where required.

Only upload a photo you are entitled to use: a photo of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. That includes family members: ask your grandparent, parent, partner or friend before you put them on the dance floor. A child's photo needs a parent or guardian's consent. Do not upload photos of celebrities or other public figures. You are responsible for having the rights needed to create and share a result.

Content standards and prohibited uses

These rules apply to uploaded photos and generated videos. Do not request, create, upload or share:

• Pornography, sexually explicit or other NSFW sexual content, including sexualized nudity and non-consensual intimate content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content encouraging violence or serious harm.
• Hate speech, dehumanization, or threats and harassment targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, or other content that abuses or endangers children, including AI-generated or manipulated depictions.
• Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, including videos of celebrities or public figures, or presenting someone as endorsing a product, making a statement or doing something they did not do. Do not present an AI video as a real recording of a party or a person.
• Attempts to recreate the Seu Zé de Madureira character, the people in the original trend videos or other creators' characters.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness or other rights.

Other unlawful uses, using the service to bully, mock or harass someone, and interfering with accounts or the service's operation are also prohibited.

Content reports and appeals

Anyone can report a suspected violation by emailing [email protected]. Signed-in users can also open a support ticket. Include the video link or task ID if you have it, the concern, any relevant rights or permission information, and a way to contact you. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM or other illegal material; send a link or identifier and a description instead.

Content review and enforcement

Our AI generation requests include safety checks. Automated checks can reject flagged requests, but they may miss prohibited content or flag permitted content; they do not guarantee that every upload or result has been reviewed or is safe.

We may manually review reports and related content and records, ask for clarification, and prioritize concerns involving children, exploitation or threats of harm. Depending on severity and repetition, we may refuse generation, remove content or restrict access to it, warn users, suspend or close accounts, and preserve or disclose records where the law requires. Urgent measures may be taken before a review is complete.

You can ask us to reconsider a decision through the same email or ticket channel, quoting the task or case reference and explaining why you think it was a mistake. We do not promise a fixed response time or human review before every generation. Mandatory consumer rights and the Refund Policy still apply.

What an AI video can deliver

The creator shows the two lengths and their credit cost before you start. Faces, hands, movement, dance steps and expressions can vary, and small details such as logos or text on clothing can change. The sound is generated by the AI model and is not the music from any original video. We do not guarantee an exact likeness or a specific artistic result. Review the video before posting it, and do not present it as authentic footage of someone's actions.

A started video keeps rendering if you close the tab. Sign in to the same account and open My videos to check progress. A connection problem or delayed update does not by itself mean the video failed.

Every paid video is the complete, downloadable video without a watermark. There is no free preview.

Prices and credits

Payments are processed by Stripe. Check the pricing page and the checkout page for the pack, price and number of credits before you pay.

• Solo: $6.99 for 10 credits.
• Crew: $16.99 for 30 credits.
• Baile: $34.99 for 80 credits.
• First purchase offer: a new account's first purchase can be 10 credits for $4.99, once per account, until November 30, 2026 (23:59, Brasília time). It is not combined with other offers.

A 10-second video uses 10 credits and a 15-second video uses 13 credits, charged each time you start a video. All purchases are one-time payments: there is no subscription and nothing renews. Credits never expire, and leftover credits add up with later purchases. Credits are service units, not cash, and can be exchanged for money only through an eligible purchase refund.

Failed videos and purchase refunds

A confirmed failed video returns the credits charged for it automatically, without starting another video for you.

A delivered video uses its credits even if the result is not what you hoped for. Contact support about technical problems such as missing sound or a file that will not play; personal taste alone does not qualify for compensation.

Purchase refunds are handled separately. Within 7 days of payment, unused credits from that order may be refunded in proportion to what you paid. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe and remove the matching credits. The Refund Policy explains how to apply.

Rights in photos and results

You keep your existing rights in your uploads and allow us and the providers we use to process them to create, store and deliver the video you asked for. We do not take ownership of your photos, train our own AI models on them or put your videos in a public gallery.

Downloading a video does not grant you rights to other people's names, likenesses or trademarks. Get whatever permissions your intended use needs. AI outputs may resemble other results, and copyright protection for AI-generated content varies by country.

Storage and access

Uploaded photos are deleted 24 hours after your video succeeds or fails; photos that are never used for a video expire 24 hours after upload. A photo still needed for an unfinished task is kept until that task is resolved. Finished videos stay available for 30 days after completion.

Download within the period shown on the video page. Expired videos can no longer be played or downloaded through the site. Removing a video from My videos does not immediately delete its files or disable media links already shared. These periods cover our own storage, not every provider's systems; see the Privacy Policy.

Availability, changes and help

Generation depends on external services, so we cannot promise uninterrupted access or a fixed completion time; most videos are ready in 3–5 minutes. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
